For the most part, no. We produce orders to your specifications, and pricing varies with the number of colors in the imprint, the number of locations being printed, the qty you're ordering, etc. We've just completed work on a new feature that makes requesting quotes a whole lot easier and lets users print "Quick Quotes" for many products without having to wait for an account rep to work up pricing. Still, if you're ordering more than twice the minimum qty, or your design has more than one color, you'll want to request a Custom Quote. Once your quote is ready we'll sent it via email... usually within 24-48 hours.
For most of our products you can simply click the little "Pricing” link next to the particular product you're interested in, provide some basic info about yourself and the order you're interested in placing in the "Custom Quote" form section to the left and hit submit. For other products you may have to click on the "Quote" button located top right in the upper frame of our site. Whichever form you use, please be as clear about what you want as possible. If you have questions please write them in the comments section at the bottom of the form. We'll address them when we send your quote.
Quotes are issued via e-mail or fax. E-mailed quotes are sent as Adobe Acrobat documents. You'll need a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader to open emailed quotes. If you're not sure whether you already have this program on your computer please click here to download a free copy of the software.
While we make every effort to stay current with quote requests, there are times when it gets tough. March through early May and mid September through the second week of December tend to get terribly busy... conferences run during these times and as December approaches companies start buying gifts for their employees and clients. If you're having trouble getting a response from us during these times of the year please call (877)270-3949 and ask to speak with Garrett. Please keep in mind that during these months our attention tends to be focused on clients with whom we have a history of doing business or on folks placing larger orders ($500+).
Sure, samples for many products can be ordered online. Please note that we also ask that people request a quote for the product they're ordering a sample of. If we receive a samples order without a matching quote request you'll receive an e-mail asking you to complete a request for pricing on the bulk order you're looking to place. This helps weed out people who happen upon our site and order a sample of a product without realizing it will have some random company's logo printed on it! No laughs please, before we introduced this policy it happened all the time. Anyway, samples usually ship out within a few business days from the time your order is received.
