Calculating setup fees is easy! Just choose from the options below. When you select “Add To Cart” your setup fees will be automatically calculated and added to your order. If you’re not sure how this works - just send us a brief email and then skip to checkout. Your setup fees will be calculated by an Account Manager before your order goes into production per our terms of online ordering.
